What this website collects, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
If you submit the audit request form, we receive your name, work email, company, company size and the description of your operational bottleneck. Nothing else is collected through this site.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share submissions with third parties.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare and send the audit you requested, and to reply to you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, which acts as a transport service. Your browser sends them to Web3Forms directly, so their servers receive your IP address along with what you typed. The message is not retained in a marketing database.
Client data during an engagement
This notice covers the website only. When VORQEN agents are deployed against your systems, data access is governed by a separate agreement: strict read-only permissions, on-premise or private-cloud deployment, immutable audit trails, and PII masking before any context-window ingestion.
Your rights
Under KVKK you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to vorqentech@gmail.com and we will action it.
